Terms and Conditions for Prestige Medical Care, LLC
COVID-19 tests performed by Prestige Medical Care have a 97% accuracy rate.
If your test result is positive, we advise you to contact your primary care provider to notify them of your POSITIVE COVID-19 test result. Please follow the recommendations of your primary care provider for treatment.
If you don’t have a primary care provider, we at Prestige Medical Care would be happy to care for you. Please call the office at 918.994.6363 to establish care.
The CDC guidelines for an individual for care after testing POSITIVE for COVID-19 are as follows:
- Quarantine at home (as well as anyone who lives in the same home as you) for 10 days from the date of the POSITIVE test result. Do not leave your home except to get medical care.
- Get plenty of rest and fluids. Treat symptoms with over the counter medication, such as acetaminophen, to help you feel better.
- Stay in touch with your primary care provider. Be sure to get care right away if you have trouble breathing or any emergency warning signs (ie: persistent pain or pressure in the chest; new confusion; inability to wake or stay awake, or bluish lips or face).
- Avoid public transportation.

Concierge Medicine Memberships
A membership agreement between the patient and Prestige Medical Care shall extend for six months at a time, in which the providers (physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant) of Prestige Medical Care are the primary care provider as well as urgent care provider for the patient named in the membership. The cost of membership is $80 a month for an adult and $40 a month for a child. The providers of Prestige Medical Care pledge to practice evidence based medicine to best diagnose and treat the patient’s condition. Prestige Medical Care will only communicate with the patient (or the parent, guardian, or the named power of attorney, as the case may be) about the patient’s medical records. A membership signifies a traditional doctor-patient relationship, regardless of insurance dictating diagnoses and treatments covered. Benefits of a membership with Prestige Medical Care are all visits, minor procedures, labs, and X-rays are covered the monthly membership costs; contact with a provider to get medical diagnosis, treatment advice, or medical questions answered from 8am-10pm seven days a week with a third party remote physician service for the hours of 10pm-8am are also covered.
The six month membership will automatically renew unless the patient contacts Prestige Medical Care to cancel. A membership may be canceled at any time by the patient in person at the office of Prestige Medical Care. Prestige Medical Care reserves the right not to renew a membership with a patient for any reason.
A patient may be seen, diagnosed, and/or treated by a provider at Prestige Medical Care without a membership. The cost of the visit will be the cost of a month membership ($80 for an adult and $40 for a child) with the opportunity to take advantage of membership benefits for a month. If the patient does not choose to enroll for a membership after the one month trial, the cost to be seen again by a provider of Prestige Medical Care is $140 for an adult and $60 for a child for each recurring visit without a membership.

Cosmetic and medical services provided for a fee listed on the website by Prestige Medical Care are available to the public and are not reserved for members only.
